How much is aircon servicing in Singapore?
Our general aircon servicing costs $40 for one unit, $25 per unit for two, $20 per unit for three or more and $15 per unit for ten or more units.
How much is an aircon chemical wash?
Our chemical and high-pressure steam wash costs $80 for one unit, $60 per unit for two and $50 per unit for three or more units.
How much is an aircon chemical overhaul?
Our chemical overhaul for wall-mounted aircon costs $100 for one unit, $90 per unit for two and $80 per unit for three or more units.
How much is aircon steam cleaning?
The High Pressure Antibacterial Steam Wash costs $60, $40 or $35 per unit for one, two or three-plus units. High Pressure Steam Cleaning costs $60 per unit for one to two units and $50 per unit for three or more.

Choosing a service
What is the difference between general servicing, chemical wash and chemical overhaul?
General servicing cleans the filters, panel and the surface of the coil. A chemical wash applies coil cleaner and flushes it with high-pressure steam while the unit stays on the wall. A chemical overhaul takes the unit down and dismantles it so every part is soaked and scrubbed. Each step goes deeper and costs more.
Is steam cleaning or chemical wash better?
Steam cleaning is best for smells, bacteria and moderate dirt, without harsh chemicals. A chemical wash is stronger for heavy build-up and weak cooling. If you are not sure, send us a photo on WhatsApp.
How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?
Every three months for a general service if you use your aircon daily, and a steam clean or chemical wash every six to twelve months. A chemical overhaul every one to two years helps older units.
What is a compressor wash?
A compressor wash is a chemical and high-pressure steam clean of the outdoor condenser unit. It helps your system release heat so the indoor units cool better.
Common aircon problems
Why is my aircon not cold?
The most common reason is a dirty coil or clogged filters, which block airflow and heat transfer. A chemical wash usually fixes it. If the coil is clean and the aircon is still not cold, the cause may be low refrigerant gas or a faulty part.
Why is my aircon leaking water?
Water leaks usually come from a blocked drain pipe or slime in the drain tray. A general service flushes the pipe, while a chemical overhaul dismantles the unit to clean the tray completely.
Why does my aircon smell bad?
A musty or sour smell comes from mould and bacteria growing on the wet coil and blower wheel. An antibacterial steam wash or chemical overhaul removes it.
Why is my aircon noisy?
Dirt on the blower wheel can unbalance it and cause rattling. Cleaning often helps. If the noise continues after cleaning, a part may need checking.
