Aircon General Servicing in Singapore

Singapore's heat and humidity mean your aircon works hard almost every day of the year. A general service clears the dust, lint and slime that build up inside, so the unit cools faster, runs quieter and uses less power. Our technicians service wall-mounted aircon in HDB flats, condos, landed homes and small offices across Singapore.

When you need it

Signs it is time for general servicing

It has been three months or more

For aircon used every day in Singapore, servicing every three months keeps dust from settling deep in the coil.

Weaker airflow than before

Clogged filters and a dusty coil choke the airflow, so the room takes longer to cool.

Small water drips

A partly blocked drain pipe is the usual reason. Flushing it during the service often fixes the drip.

Higher electricity bill

A dirty aircon has to run longer to reach the same temperature, which shows up on your SP bill.

Our process

How we do it, step by step

  1. Protect the area

We lay a cover under the unit and move nearby items so nothing gets wet or dusty.

  2. Open and clean

Filters come out for washing while we clean the coil, blower and casing.

  3. Flush the drain

We flush the drain pipe so condensation flows out instead of into your room.

  4. Test with you

We put everything back, switch it on and check the cooling with you before we leave.

FAQ

General Servicing questions

How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?

If you use your aircon daily, book a general service every three months. For lighter use, every four to six months is usually enough. Regular servicing keeps it cooling well and helps you avoid a costly chemical overhaul later.

How long does general servicing take?

Plan for about 30 to 45 minutes per wall-mounted unit. Very dusty units, or units that are hard to reach, can take a little longer.

Is general servicing enough if my aircon smells or leaks?

A general service helps with light dust and minor drips. If the unit smells musty, leaks a lot or is still weak after servicing, the coil and drain tray usually need a steam wash, chemical wash or chemical overhaul.

Do I need to prepare anything before the technician arrives?

Please clear the area under each aircon and make sure there is a power point nearby. If a unit is mounted high, let us know so we bring the right ladder.
